The things members most often ask about RenosHub, in one place.
RenosHub is a professional community for doctors who work, or want to work, remotely. Here you'll find colleagues who understand how you work, knowledge from those who are a step ahead, and support for the questions that remote work brings.
Remote work brings freedom, flexibility and new opportunities — but it also means many doctors lose the collegial connection a physical workplace provides. We don't think it has to be that way. RenosHub gathers remote doctors in a community where shared experience, support and belonging remain, wherever you work from.
Licensed doctors who work remotely, fully or partly, and doctors who are curious about getting started. In other words, you don't need to already work digitally to belong here.
Absolutely. Many of our members started out curious. In the hub you can ask questions to colleagues who've already taken the step, understand what it takes, and decide whether it's the right path for you.
You apply via the website and answer a few short questions. We then verify your license and you get a guided onboarding through our Pioneer Program. The whole journey from application to active member takes just a few days, and the onboarding itself only a few minutes.
So the space stays safe. When you discuss clinical experiences, working conditions or career choices, you want to know the person on the other side really is a licensed colleague. Verification is the foundation of that trust.
Discussions between colleagues, clinical sessions, webinars on the practical sides of remote work, member stories and a growing knowledge library. Members shape the content, and as an early member you help build the community from the start.
A part of the hub where you get general guidance on the rules around cross-border remote work — for example social insurance, tax and professional recognition. It holds a knowledge library and an AI assistant that helps you get your bearings, and when your question needs an expert we guide you to the right advisor.
Right now membership is free. We're building the hub together with our first members, and as an early member you help shape it from the start at no cost.
Renos comes from the reindeer — an animal that travels long distances, crosses borders and always moves as a herd. It says something about how we see doctors who work remotely. The name also works in both Swedish and Spanish, just like our founders.
